Cydea is a member of an intergovernmental organization and is based in Baghdad. She has decades of experience with planning and implementation of multi-dimensional efforts and has personally lived in tension stricken environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan. Program management and psychosocial enterprise are her inclination.
Joe has extensive experience in recovery programs, disaster preparedness and other emergency response related activities for Asian countries. Having held positions such as Country Representative for international humanitarian agencies, Joe was assigned in the Philippines and was able to successfully carry out multi-million integrated projects in the country’s hard hit areas. He is currently in Europe.
Miss Romero is a senior adviser for ASEAN Business Advisory Council Philippines. She has been project leader of the private sector’s COVID response efforts through Project ARK and A Dose of Hope, both campaigns convened by the Office of the Presidential Adviser in which she sits. She was previously a trade commissioner that led the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Silicon Valley.
